| 1. | All bookings will be confirmed only against full payment in advance. |
| 2. | The quoted rates for room/packages are for two persons on twin sharing basis. |
| 3. | Third person will be charged at specified rate. |
| 4. | Child below 5 years is allowed free stay with their parents without extra bed on room basis and on packages. |
| 5. | Single occupant is liable to pay full room rent. However, in packages the cost will be reduced by 25% of package price. |
| 6. | Any additional night will be charged on pro-rata basis. |
| 7. | Hotel has right to revise/suspend the tariff/package offered at any point of time and can refund the advance received. |
| 8. | The holder shall not have any claim against it by reason thereof. |
| 9 | Luxury Tax on room is applicable as per the state government norms. |
| 10. | Check in & check out time : 12 : 00 Pm |
| 11. | No Refund in case of early check out. |
