Booking is confirmed only after advance payment or confirmation from the hotel. The hotel may reject or cancel bookings if details are incomplete or invalid.
Guests must show valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, etc.) at check-in.
Full or partial advance payment may be required. Extra services (food, laundry, etc.) are charged separately.
Free cancellation may be allowed up to a certain time (e.g., 24–72 hours before check-in). Late cancellation or no-show may result in charges (often 1 night or full booking amount).
Guests must follow hotel rules and behave respectfully. Illegal activities, smoking in non-smoking rooms, or disturbance may lead to eviction.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property. Hotel is not responsible for lost valuables unless stored in safety deposit.

Hotel management can refuse service or cancel booking if rules are violated.
